Grocery List

Shopping List for: Crockpot Salmon Fillets, Signature Salad #1, Pork Chops, Chicken Fried Rice, Swiss Steak




Egg noodles or Brown rice fusilli noodles
Rice
Tortilla chips


Shredded Mexican style cheese
Eggs, 3
Butter


Chicken breasts, 2 cans, 12.5 oz. each or 2 – 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2-3 pound round steak or boneless chuck roast
Pork chops
Salmon fillets, 2


Onions, 3
Lemon and/or Lime
Green bell pepper
Celery
Chinese (Napa) cabbage
Romaine lettuce
Tomatoes, Grape or cherry or any kind you like
Mushrooms
Yellow Bell Pepper

Frozen, fresh, or canned corn

Caeser dressing
Soy sauce
Chicken broth or bouillon, enough for 2 C.
Canned whole tomatoes, 1-2 cans, 28 oz each or 2-4 cans, 14.5 oz each
Black beans, 1 can


Parsley

Basil
Garlic salt


Aluminum Foil
